Mini Recital Series for 2011-2012 Season
From November through April we presents upcoming young artists and local musicians in a thirty-minute mini-recital.
This free, and open to the public event is held at Art Center Sarasota, 707 North Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34236.
Concerts start at 7:30 p.m. on every second Monday of the month, November through April. This event is sponsored by GuitarSarasota as part of our community out-reach program. Each performance is followed by a brief Q&A session and an artist's reception.

- Monday, February 13 - Marc Mannino - jazz solo guitar
- Monday, March 12 - Feder & Johnson Duo - cello & guitar duo
- Monday, April 9 - Taliesan Duo - guitar duo

Since forming the Galestro-Smith duo in early 2010 as classically trained musicians from Stetson University, flutist Angela Galestro and guitarist Jonathan Smith have delighted audiences across Central Florida. Both highly accomplished artists, the duo offer a diverse repertoire of Classical, Jazz, Latin American and popular music.
